Dunkin'

Great dunks when it comes to coffee. It is the local hangout for panhandlers, which is OK, but they make eye contact and I always drive away with a sense of guilt I didn't have pulling in. Sometimes the guilt comes from not giving up my change, sometimes it comes from watching my change be exchanged for hugs with a D, and an R, and no H, which is also OK I guess but also makes me want to go to Honeydew at the same time. It's conflicting to say the least, but the coffee is great.

I used to go to this dunkin a lot as the younger staffs always being friendly and speedy. But lately, everytime i went there, it was this older, grumpy woman at the cashier and i think she could be the supervisor or the manager. Today, I walked in and she was finishing up with a customer. After she was done with him, she told me to wait. After about 45sec to a min, a customer walked in and jumped in front of me telling her that she gave her the wrong donuts. Cashier/Manager/Supervisor started to argue with her, strongly and rudely denied she made the mistake, and the customer finally gave up and paid for what she originally wanted. I felt so bad for the customer, all the staff needed to do was to switch it for her, the atmosphere was so tense. I finally got the order in, again as usual, no hi, no thank you, no smile. And I thought they would make my drink right away, but instead 2 other drinks were made before mine that were ordered after me. I ordered this new drink "Salted caramel latte, it tasted like a regular latte to me, nothing special, and didn't even taste good at all, i threw it away before I finished it. I also saw bagels lying on the floor, everything was a mess in there. No one wears their mask right, all under the nose, breathing right into our drinks and food, what is the point of wearing it?

This location feels like they always have a huge line. They also dont move very quickly either. The location is probably one of the slower Dunkins in the area. Recently got a breakfast sandwich where the bacon was disgusting and looked almost raw. They should really make sure all components of breakfast sandwiches are fully cooked. At least half the sandwich ended up thrown out because it was too much hassle to go back.

Food is great, but they over serve alcohol to the point the old folks get so wasted and obnoxious and try to pick fights. Great to go have dinner at or take out, but the bar is packed and loud and this was a Monday night. The bartender, Juan, comes from Chung King Rick's Cafe and was at WuLoon Ming, so he has a big following. He's great! He'll shut people off and the new manager will over ride things for customers complaining and you have to walk through the bar area to get to the sitting area
