Mcdonald's

if I could give this place no stars I would but the manager gave me a bad attitude bc she filled my smoothie half way and didn’t want to fill up more because it’s the way the “machine makes” it . she could’ve at least filled it because it looked like someone took a whole 3 sips out of it. she didn’t want to give me my money back either. Never coming to this McDonald’s again !!!

I’ve been to this McDonald’s many times and I am well known by some of the workers. Today I went to the drive thru and witness someone struggling to order in front of me. The worker who was taking orders cursed the person ordering and said I cannot understand them and continued to curse them out. She then left them and proceeded to take someone else’s order on the other lane. When she was done she came back to the first customer and they eventually didn’t order and left due to the lack of help and how they were treated. I was astonished to see the worker act that way to the customer and especially since she didn’t offer them any help with their order. I was behind them and even I could understand what the customers were trying to say. When I pulled up to the window to pay I realized she was new because I have never seen her before. (Like I said I have been to this location many times for years). I also realized that she wasn’t even paying attention to her job or what she was doing and instead was just laughing and talking to others. When I had to pay and I asked her a question she responded so rude. That lady working today at the first window in the drive thru needs to be fired for the way she acted to customers. Totally unacceptable!!

Went to try having a easy dinner night for the kids. Lobby was locked,drive thru had a long line that I foolishly decided to wait in only to see the line not to be moving after 15 min of sitting there and maybe having 1 car move up I decided to leave. I pulled around to see employees inside and no cars at windows. I stopped at window and see the employees in the back standing there talking and just hanging out. After yelling hello to them several times a girl comes to the window and said there was only 3 of them working and they weren't taking any orders because they had to stock the store .🤔 if you're closed put a sign up or something don't just leave a long line unattended to outside while yall just sitting around. Poor management!!!

Noon rush around 12:15pm on 11-5-19. Ordered at the drive through a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and this is what I got. A biscuit with only cheese on it. Fire the lazy person building your simple sandwiches because they just don't care about your business obviously. Tell them "congratulations, you just lost a life long customer to this location"
