On my way to get that combo right now. Banh mi and pho are a great. Edit: fast forward 2 months, I've been disappointed. Quality of food has decreased every time I go from when it started. On my last visit, the Bubble tea isn't blended all the way and tastes super watered down. Obviously no care taken. Then it was only filled 90% to the top. Banh mi is still good, even with the mouth cutting bread. Pho is still decent. Quality and quantity of meat in the brisket pho has been decreasing. Mint isn't fresh. I must say I'll probably avoid this place unless I have a craving for the banh mi. Below is all the pure fat that was sitting on top of my pho when it came out. Sorry Saigon Bistro, I was your biggest fan, but you stopped delivering the quality.

Absolute favorite Vietnamese in the Metairie area. The owners are kind and very accommodating. The prices can't be beat. This place is authentic. All proteins have an obvious smoke from the grill, which makes for the best Bun bowls around. Portions are perfect. I hope this gem remains focused on providing the service and food that we have come to expect. We are pleased to spend our hard-earned dollars at this wonderful spot. Don't let this one pass you by if you truly love Vietnamese food
