Taco Bell

I must admit that while not a huge fan of the Bell, the primary reasons why I come to this location is the proximity to my job, the speed of service, and the customer service received. There is a lady here (blue tinted hair) that is hands down the best fast food employee I have ever met. I believe she inspires the younger folks here to also be as good. But for those Bell fans I can say that you will never get bad service or cold food. They have touch less delivery to your person, curbside, in at the drive thru. Orders are exactly as ordered, each and every time. Great job, and if in the area, please give them a visit.

$18.57 (without tax) for this. An incomplete OLD chicken quesadilla, 2 tacos that had the bottoms completely SOGGY and missing, and the new Brisk Dragon drink with absolutely NO TASTE. I could add the Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes that were ice cold and stale as well, don't get me started on the #6 meal that had 2 chalupas with 3 pieces of chicken in them each. Disrespectful, non professional, and overall, just plain lazy. I literally live down the street, you can basically see my house from the restaurant, so this is not in question if it was fresh upon leaving.

So we were the only people in line and we gave them our order clearly and they even repeated it back to us. When we got to the window two cars had pulled up and they tried charging us twice from two different ladies coming to the window. Then they gave us the wrong things in our order rushing us to go. It was extremely rude and disorganized and they have the worst customer service I’ve ever had to go through. I used to work at Taco Bell for about a year in 2021 so I’m still familiar with them and how the team is supposed to communicate and accommodate to their customers. They did not portray that and I think they need some guidance or change their management.

Love tacos bell but some employees are so hard to deal with. I wanted to add a cheesy gordita at the window and they say no. Guys at the window were super nice so I just said thanks. But there was no line or anything. I paid with a card so it took longer for the guy at the window to go ask the Manager in the kitchen how to add an item to my order. But he came back and said no, she said no add ons at the window.
