I stop by here more often than what I want to, my problem with this location is the inside of the store is always disgustingly dirty. It's like they don't even own a mop. The countertops are always sticky and have soda everywhere. Like they don't even have any cleaning supplies or something, I don't know how you can stay inside the store when it gets that filthy. I won't buy anything it's not packaged up from here. Good luck on your visit.

I stopped going to this 7-11. I had bought something for $8. I handed the clerk a $20. He gives me $2 change. I reminded him that I gave him a 20, not a 10 and he denied it instantly. I was adamant about it so he suggested we call the police to clear it up. I agreed. The police came, checked the cameras, had him check the drawer balance, that checked out. Whatever he talked to the police about prompted them to ask if they could look in my car that “maybe I had misplaced the $10 he gave me back”. It was a young Asian dude and he definitely pocketed my money. So I never go here because of that and the fact that the customer service is bad in general. Watch your money here.

Why you still letting 60+ years old employees working while he should staying at home. With this corvi-19 going on now. Older people seems to get infected the most for their safety and our customers you should do like Home Depot did. Not scheduling them to work even those they want to work. If you not scheduling them to work then they have no choice to stay home. or you don't care about your employees and the customers health. Thank

Notice customer service is bad and my wife says the same thing. You can never earn any reward points because if the machine is not working both the male attendants race through the prompts so fast then say it’s too late. I have noticed it’s its only a certain group that it’s happening too. I will take my business elsewhere from this point going forward. Corporate office needs to send someone in blind to monitor their brand
