Ihop

Great Staff, Food, and Atmosphere. My experience at this IHOP was excellent, and it made up for a negative experience that I had with another IHOP that was closer to my home. Our waiter was attentive, and he brought the items that were requested without complaining or smirking. Traveling to this IHOP was well worth the time and the gas, and so I’m giving this one 5 stars.

I forgot why we quit coming to this location. After being seated, I remembered why. The slow service. We waited patiently, then after people who arrived after us were served before us, I got mad, but waited. My husband went to the front to ask for assistance. The young lady who served us was apologetic and took our drink and food order. I couldn't help but notice, most servers were walking around looking frustrated or mad. I saw servers putting dirty dishes at another table just to make room for their station areas new customers. Never did a manager come greet, apologize, or even offer a hello. We will NOT be back for sure. I don't recommend this location.

Ok so I gotta brag a whole LOT about the way they cooked my steak, who ever in that kitchen need to seriously think about going in business for themselves 🤌 on top of that my Waitress was the Bomb. Com plus she was really pretty too. If I could give them a 10 I definitely would... keep up the great work and to the cool you going far buddy!!

1st night. Tuesday, was great. The waitstaff lady did a fine, friendly job and the dinner food was tasty and well prepared. With my hectic schedule, that’s why I returned last night. A total waste of time and money for dinner. Never again. There are just too many alternatives. The restaurant dinner menu on the Internet doesn’t come close to matching the menu in the restaurant. It didn’t offer what I came in for. So, O.K. I picked among the alternatives. The only one that looked agreeable was their slices of tender turkey, smothered in turkey gravy, with sides of mashed red skin potatoes and corn. So, I ordered that with iced tea. When she delivered the meal, she put it down on the table and began to walk away. I had to call her back: “Miss, this is not what I ordered. These sides are mac & cheese and steamed veggies. It should be mashed potatoes and corn.” “Of, we’ve been out of that for a few days now. I decided on the substitutions.” “Well, where’s the gravy for the turkey?” “Oh, you want a side of GRAVY! No problem.” She brought back that thick, white chicken gravy; which, of course, was not as advertised in their mouth-watering menu. And it was mostly chunks of dry turkey white meat. The bill, with tip, came to a bit more than $18 for a useless meal I barely ate. I’ve never liked mac & cheese and steamed vegetables. And I would prefer that the waitstaff not decide on which sides are the ones I get. The second star is solely based on the first night and that really great waitstaff lady. I wish I got her name.

Our waitress was not the best. She did not check on us at all, we had to keep calling her for things. My brother in laws coffee cup was dirty with lipstick stains. We let her know about the cup and she just said “oh sorry” and walked off. She didn’t offer to change the cup or anything. We always come here for breakfast and are always satisfied but we left very disappointed today.

The service is generally good, but not always... its usually pendulum type situation... like the front of the house moves faster than the back and vice versa.. P.s. I know this is for a limited time only but beware of the Vanilla Cranberry pancakes.... 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️... wish someone would have warned me about this ..... abomination... If you decide to try it... plz be near a bathroom
