Chipolte

Friend and I came here 45 minute before closing and we thought they were closed already with the doors being locked, but one of the employees Mykah as we were walking back to my vehicle told us to order online and we will get our food instant. Also my friend online order wouldn’t submit so again Mykah was able to check him out the front register. Very nice and helpful and even went out her way to come outside the tables where we’re eating to see how the food was. Very much appreciated. Give her a raise she deserves it!

I was not happy with the first two bowls. I tried to tell them while I was in the line. With the masks and plastic board they were so confused. I left very upset in to pay $40 for basically a rice and cheese bowl with So little meat. I calmed down and returned with the two bowls and spoke to a manager who looked at the bowls and remade them which is the last picture. It looks way more like what bowls from Chipotle vs the two bowls. I explained I was not happy with the content and he fixed it which I greatly appreciated. He was calm, kind, and polite. Which I also appreciated. Which is why I gave 5 stars because of how they handled this situation.
