This location has really gone downhill. The service is hit or miss... sometimes it's great and other times there are lots of interruptions and not enough help. The rice is constantly overcooked and mushy. The last few times I have visited, they have started doing this new thing where they pack the rice in the spot where the entree goes. The first time I thought it was an accident. But now I am seeing that they are doing it to short us on how much meat we get. I am attaching pictures.

Came in for a lunch break and only one guy was up in the front trying to do temp. checks delivery orders help walk in customer as well as ringing everyone all while his managers are in the back just chitchatting they can clearly hear customers getting upset and trying to be patient with the poor guy and still they stood there and let him struggle for over 16 min i have never seen such little care and love for workers like today no wonder unemployment is at its highest rates. Poor management leaves you with no workers. Thank you Reyes for doing such a great job even without any support

Two stars because the restaurant is clean and everyone wore masks. BUT food quality wasn’t good. Kung Pao chicken I was served was all skin and fat thrown in sauce and wok’d. Compared to teriyaki chicken it was night and day. Drive thru staff is not friendly, had bad attitude and turning their head and ignoring us when we asked for napkins etc.

The food is pretty good, they have pretty fast lines so I can get there and have my food within just a few minutes. They’re time efficient and friendly and I also enjoy the fortune cookie they give me along with my meal and what’s written on them. :)

Worst experience ever. Panda has been open for an hour and they're serving burnt food. My whole meal is burnt. How, please explain how 4 different items are all burnt.

I love eating at Panda Express. The food is fine but they need to listen when someone says they want it on a plate that means they want it on a plate not in a bowl. I don’t like the orange chicken sauce all over the rice. Sadly I don’t have time to take it back to have them fix it. The rice calms my stomach after eating the orange chicken. Looks like I get to have an upset stomach now for the rest of the day at work.

Not sure if it's this location or all pandas but it seems like no matter what item I order it is consistently 90% veggies 10% meat. I ordered a bowl of broccoli beef and received three pieces of beef in the entirety of the bowl. If I wanted a bowl with rice and broccoli only I would ask for it.

Let me start out by saying I love Panda Express. Eat there all the time. This review is specifically related to this location. I’ve probably been to this one 6-7 times in the last year or so. The last three times the food was terrible. The third and final time was this morning. My gf wanted to stop by for some food so we did. Teriyaki chicken, Mushroom chicken and chow mein. The chicken tasted awful, and within 30 minutes of eating it, both me and my gf were puking our guts out. Tried to call them and the answering machine said no one was available and immediately hung up. Never go to this location, there are plenty of other ones around town.
