The hubby & I had just left the casino & were wanting a vanilla shake but our usual place (not going to mention names as this review is just for Rally's, nothing personal Jack) had "run out of shakes" so decided to try here. In addition to our shake left with a cheesecake sundae & some onion rings also. We now have a new "usual" place. =D

Normally I wouldn't have eaten here, but it was less expensive than I thought. OMG, those fries are worth it!!!

My only complaint is the sandwich was supposed to have A-1 on it and it wasn't much there. Otherwise it was great.

Just a wonderful experience mostly due to the menu but this particular location had top notch staff

Love Rally’s. Best fries ever. I don’t know when they started to sell the massive fry cup but bless them. This was exactly what I wanted when I stopped the other night after a concert. Again Rally’s is always tasty and they definitely did not disappoint.

First time going to a rally's . Don't know there menu went for the 6 dollar meal came with a burger, popcorn chicken , fries and a soda. Burger was heh! Chicken was good fries also. Will try something different next time.

Every time I have come to this location it has been a good experience overall. Can't think of any times my order was messed up or treated rudely. Food was good as well. The only place to sit and eat is outside, which is nice when the weather is good and not 100°+

They have weird intercoms that are not real people, and they don't work sometimes. I went for the fries, but had the baconzilla . OMG so freaking great! Food is expensive bit worth it!!!

Man I remember as kid going to Rally's(south phx 30 years ago) and always having that eagerness to enjoy a burger with that old school (unaware that be flavor I was tasting back then) with pops and my the brothers.... Dads treat for the us boys, when mom wasn't tagging along. Great flav then and now. Banana shakes are bomb, kinda reminds me of a Runt!
Overall I havent been disappointed with food quality, it would be time efficiency that caused the unfilled star. Tho you all need remember, nothing is perfect 💯 of the 🕞. People are new at times, kids need to learn, mishaps occur and most of all I can't imagine a long wait or the wrong items Uncustomized to be the end of the world. I've never had an issue with any restaurant hearing about a less then desired experience and making it right. Happiness is more contagious than its opposite, problem is right now its lacking abundance! Stay Well!
Note: Masks, gloves and disinfecting procedures have been followed well during all my visits....
