I came in to order a custom cake and Marcus was extremely helpful and friendly! He helped me make decisions by giving great suggestions- he was attentive to detail and I was to pick it up in 2 days.
When I arrived to pick my custom order up, I was happy to see Marcus again, he brought out my order, it looked great and everyone at the party really enjoyed it! I'm very happy with this location and their staff!!
I would definitely trust this location in the future with custom orders! Thank you!!!

They packed in extra "superman" ice cream for my daughter... Our special ice treat we get for surgery and very special moments!

Setup a pickup order. The order was correct and tasted good. There needs to be better queuing abilities here. Was unable to get in the door for almost 20 mins due to the amount of people that could not figure out how to line up correctly. Once in the staff are friendly and helpful.

Anytime is the right time for Cold stone ice cream! The best! Yummy anyone that hasn't tried it should! If you like ice cream you need to try THIS ice cream! So delicious! And I've always had great service at this location thank you!

We had a coupon for the large size... but since it's a holiday tomorrow we splurged and we ask for the large sizes. There was just the 1 worker... but she was professional and courteous. They didn't have the real banana ice cream tonight but I was half sorry my flavor and mix in choices. Thank you, Cold Stone. And Happy Thanksgiving!

The ice cream was delicious as always. Just a little melty but you can't ask for much more in 114 degree weather. There were three employees working, the two gentlemen were awesome. But the female worker whom I believe may be a manager or team leader was colder than the ice cream. She was not very friendly and was slightly rude even. We love coldstone so we will return, but hopefully when she is not in attendance.

Great place to go during the summer. Service is quick if you use choose from their selection of ice cream combos. Can't go wrong with this delicacy.

My son and I love coming here the prices are a little expensive but it's well worth it. But to save Grace have a punch card which is nice after you get nine your 10th one is free. The place is always nice and clean and the bathrooms as well. Although I do wish they had more chairs outside and inside as well.
