Sonic

First open the picture. Would you eat this? I live in Star, round trip 14 miles. I ordered a #1, no onions, mayo and ketchup with tots and a coke. They asked me if I wanted fry sauce and said yes. So, what did I get? The patty was broken, there was no ketchup or mayo. The lonely tomato and scantily hint of old lettuce was it. The tots I got were under cooked, the container not full. No fry sauce either. No napkins. $8 for this?! Sonic you have lost it. What happened? I love Sonic. At least I used to.

Very Rude Customer service! One employee was speaking up when another employee ask how long I was waiting. I said about 20 minutes and the other person chimed in over the intercom to tell me it’s “only been 5 Minutes”. When in reality, it was almost 20 minutes before the one employee asked me a question. (Time ordered, 902pm, Time when asked a question face to face, 920pm, time of when I got the food 930pm) Once I got the food. It’s was Poorly thrown together and poorly wrapped. Very disappointed in this Location. I understand your short staffed, but your staff should hold themselves together better in a time like tonight. Truly hate to leave bad reviews, being in Retail my self. But, never will you catch my employees griping about being short staffed ( which we are too ) and arguing with a customer over how long they’ve been waiting.

Y’all need to send an RM out to clean this mess up. Your employees are seemingly rude and self righteous and from the sounds of other reviews I’m not the only one to experience this. I don’t believe it’s the employees though. I’m not going to put anyone on blast, rather the entire operation. Really sonic, who is steering the ship here? Who’s managing these teenagers? They can’t be expected to run your facility with weak leadership and little experience and keep their heads on straight. The last 3 times I’ve been here I’ve had issues, and it seems many others have had the same issues as well.

All of their drive up stalls were closed and their patio. Plus they have a 2 lane drive through but one of those lanes was closed as well with no cone up or anything… I ordered online to check in you have to pick a spot, which is not possible since they’re blocked off. The people working there seemed fine, but it shouldn’t be so inconvenient. Also their lobby was locked so it made it almost impossible to even tell them I was there with out waiting in the long drive through line, which defeats the purpose of ordering online.

I deliver for doordash and have been for years and I have never written a bad review after picking up an order, I had 2 orders that I had to deliver and I get those all the time and never had an issue with a fast food place refusing to give me an order. I went to this sonic and had 2 orders I had to pick up and they told me that they don’t let drivers take 2 orders at once and I was alright with that and I wasn’t being rude at all and she offered to go get the other order for me.. but when she came back they instead wasted my time and lied saying that they couldn’t “find” the order so I decided to play along and tell them that doordash wants me to place the order through the speaker and guess what order popped up. I knew they had the order because I called doordash and they told me that the order was already confirmed by the sonic employees. I never had an issue with any other sonic so I wouldn’t go to this location and go somewhere else.
