I don’t even have to explain myself spent $15 (obviously on other things) but not for a dry old bagel specified to add extra cream cheese because this type of thing always happens. At this point I was just being mocked, not the only time it’s happened.

Service was good but what you truly have worrie about other customers driving way to fast in driveway.

I go here every morning before work. I do mobile ordering to make is easy and this year haven’t seen one of those stoppers in my hot coffee. This location used to be great had great employees that cared for the customer now there is maybe one. Any other Dunkin you get the stopper but not this. Disappointed

I went Yesterday around 5pm and these two very polite people got my order super fast and with a big smile on their face ! I was doing a DoorDash and waiting for my order but I didn’t even wait long for my order !

Coffee fell all over me due to the lids keep popping off. Workers are nice but They Haven't resolved this issue. It falls on the CEO.

I wasn't going to do this review at first, but I got really sick from the sandwich I had here earlier. Honestly just about done with Dunkin and done with this one in particular. Focus is always on the drivethru. They had 3 people working and all of them were running the drive through. 5 people that ordered after me in the drive through got their entire orders before I even got my drink. Sausage egg and cheese absolutely nuked my stomach.

Absolutely poor service no cars in drive thru and no one in store. Ordered coffee and buttered croissant which got the coffee and then made three trips to the counter to check on status of croissant. My sister ordered a medium black coffee NO sugar and when she tried her coffee the coffee had sugar she went to counter and was ignored by the three employees who were more interested in their own conversation. Dunkin Donuts is too expensive to put up and pay for bad service! Unacceptable!!!
