Taco Bell

Running to Boarder is always an option especially since they brought the Nacho fries back! Drive through customer service seems to be the best since the couple of times I did walk-in orders the person taking my order made me feel like I was interrupting their work. I thought, isn't taking my order part of your work? 🤔

I don't like taco bells inconsistencies of charging to substitute an item or sauce. I don't like sour cream so I always have them remove it up until recently when I decided to try something else instead of just removing the sour cream. I asked to substitute the sour cream for Chipotle Ranch instead and they charged me an extra 40 cents to do this, but if I ask to remove the sour cream they don't subtract 40 cents for my total. I can understand if I added the Chipotle Ranch on top of sour cream to get a 40 cents charge but I'm completely replacing it. Then depending on where I go, some places don't charge me to do this but others do, which I'm not complaining about the places that don't charge me but one It's ridiculous that they charge to replace a sauce for another but two they should stay consistent and do one or the other at all taco bells. Luckily I kept a receipt of one place that didn't charge and used that as proof for the other taco bell I went to that did try to charge me. Yes it's only 40 cents but it's the fact that they don't charge less when you remove an item but they have no problem charging more to substitute one.
