Mcdonald's

At 2:17pm, I came inside to place an order. Girls were fooling around, yelling, using phones; basically ignoring the counter. One young man came over to take my order. He was polite & answered my questions. Counted back my change & got my cup & receipt w/ order number. I proceeded to fill my cup & my order was done. It was correctly prepared. I changed table so I could charge my phone. I was eating and girls were talking loudly about being at a bar; someone out of sight dropped something & made a loud noise, which prompted more laughter & remarks. I observed a girl touching her face, on her phone and tucking her hair behind her ear while behind the counter facing me. No gloves worn; no hats or hornets worn by the girls either! I went to refill my drink, then came back to order 2 more items for dine-in & I asked the young lady wearing a mask if the other girls had washed their hands after touching their face/ hair/phones. She was used me they had, but I couldn't verify this was true as I heard no running water or towels taken from a dispenser. Maybe they just use hand sanitizer instead! A large man in a blue shirt was also talking to these girls & showing them pictures on his phone. Another gentleman customer came in and ordered dine-in but wasn't given a receipt. He was hard of hearing & the girl just kept saying what he ordered & made no effort to bring it to him, even though they weren't busy inside the place. I called it to his attention so he went up & got it and began eating. A Mom & her little girl came in & got a to-go order, then left. I never order burgers from this place, as they are usually undercooked & I got a RAW one once; no more for me!

Come to this McDonald's evey singly day only to be told they cannot put the liquid cane sugar in my frappe. After years of doing so. Because she doesn't know the difference between liquid and regular sugar. Now I get to drive to the other one to get what I get every day. Horrible service rude old lady at first window. I'm definitely not mcloving it.

My order was messed up and manager Brandon showed that he really cared that my order was messed up. He was great and very understanding! He will go out of his way to make sure the customer is happy. Its nice to run into someone like that after a long day of work and your order gets messed up. So here's a big Thank you to Brandon!

Last year, the first few times my order was always missing something so I stopped going for several months but regardless of location. Lately I've gotten into the habit of not having to check and having everything I ordered which is really nice to be able to trust that you get everything you ordered.
