Dunkin'

I have never been to a more inefficient and poorly run dunks in my life. Long wait times regardless of when you're there (even 5:30am with no other customers), constant screw ups on orders, cold "cooked" food, hash browns crushed into mush, sandwiches served with half missing, food/drinks that taste like some sort of cleaner. I kept going for a little while thinking maybe I just hit a few hectic days, but these things happen literally every time. I even overheard an older couple that sounded like they were regulars complaining and that it never used to be like this, so maybe it's something to do with recent management. I would NOT recommend anyone go to this location.

I just sat in line for 12 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me. I ordered a coffee, a donut and some has browns at 3:28 and when I got to the window at 3:38 they hadn't even made the hash browns or gotten the donut out of the case which took another couple of minutes. There were 4 associates that I could see inside, 3 of which were meandering aimlessly, and the poor guy who was at the window took my payment, got the donut AND made the hash browns. At least he was nice enough. Disappointed because it's right around the corner from me and the other two in the area also are terrible at service. Dunkin is no longer on the afternoon treats list.

Been going to Dunkin Donuts for most of my 62 years and never felt the need to review one, until now. Went in with my wife and son, completely screwed up our order and from what I was hearing, many other’s orders too. And if the girl who was yelling at the employees in front of the customers was the manager, I would say she was the reason. She was yelling at the help and obviously confusing and frustrating them. Won’t be visiting that one any time soon.
