The lady that served me was so nice and was patient with me because i needed 3 separate bags to drop off with different people. She got my drinks ready in a holder and made sure I had ketchup in all my bags without having to ask.

Outstanding service, clean and friendly atmosphere, I love wendys chili, especially when I gets lots of burger or meat, it sometimes settle at the bottom of the pot. I love there fries, they say the fries have sea salt on them, and there various sandwiches are delicious to me, ill definitely be eating there today, lots of restaurants to choose from. That's really convenient. I also love their loaded potatoes. 🥔

I've only used the drive thru for this location, my food is always hot and services is always pleasant. This is a more popular location and newest store . Great breakfast and Lunch , caught them when they were closing and got great service. I would like to thank the staff at this location for their hard work and contribution

My Wendy's on Shelby Drive and Riverdale is the best I've ever been to. I drove past TWO Wendy's to go to this one. They are polite, they are SO fast, and the food is always fresh and attractive and I just love this place and the people in there are really serious about their customer service. Awesome!!!

Came here around 12:45p.m and my food was excellent spicy chicken sandwich crispy and hot fries hot with just enough salt let me not forget the woman at the window was very sweet

The service at this location was outstanding, in a very timely manner too. I actually dined in, only about four other people did also. The food I ordered was on point also, fresh taste, hot and the establishment was very clean. Really enjoyed the dining experience.

I must say and give my honest review. Every time I stop here, which is probably about 2-3 times a month because I’ve been trying to cut the fast food. However, my food is always fresh. The workers are polite as well. I’ve maybe had one experience with a worker not greeting at the window. She just handed me the bag. I can overlook that one bad visit because all of my other experiences was good. I said maybe the worker had a lot on her mind. My food was fresh so I was happy.

Wendy's food is good but the service isn't the best and that could possibly be due to our new norm. During this Pandemic people are not that focused and it's not good to say too much to them; as you know not what folks are going through. It's tough on everyone to awaken to a shrinkage family due to a sudden death.
