I was going through an emergency where I had to leave my home. I only had $6.00 to my name. The manager and staff were so friendly and supportive they made me feel not only comfortable but safe!!! They helped me get what I could afford and it was delicious!!! Thank you so much for this needed experience!!!

One of the fastest KFC's in the city, if not the fastest. Check your bag though, they will give you what they want you to have instead of what you asked for. ie, sauces, etc.

My first time visiting this location in years! Great customer service. Drive through line moved quickly. Young man at the window was very nice. I live in Bartlett and the service at this location surpassed that of the Bartlett location. Well done you guys. Keep up the good work.

The Manager was very nice and fixed the order problem. Young girl who took my order was very pleasant, but the behind counter food area wasn't wiped down as they were refilling the side items 2 young men were horsing around instead of helping other employees.

I went there today and had a good experience. I didn't have to wait long for my order and the food was hot and fresh (even the biscuit 😲). The only issue was that the strawberry drink was not carbonated and seemed to have an ingredient missing.
