Service was fast and the food was delicious as always. I had the two piece ( breast and leg) biscuit, fries( seasoned very well) and nice cold Pepsi 😋

The new tenders were a disappointment. The were small and not worth $13. The sides were 👍🏾 as always. Cole slaw, mashed potatoes, and Mac and cheese even the biscuits all super.

Night manager Tanika goes out of her way to provide excellent customer service and fresh cooked to order food. When I come in, I am greeted by name by management and staff and on my last visit, Tanika told me about the latest specials including the huge, meaty, Double Down bare sandwich and even gave me a free promotional item. She also asked if I needed condiments and gave more than I asked for. The lobby is also clean and open late. This is the kind of Southern Hospitality that is sadly going out of fashion in Memphis.

This is an outstanding KFC. Very nice and professional staff. I would definitely recommend this KFC to anyone in the area of Elvis' Graceland. Literally a stone's throw from the Graceland campground...a shortcut is at the guard shack.

Finally!this place did it right.on lunch break, found this spot,pulled in,got my chicken sandwich, it was not flooded with mayo,fresh,and the cashier was pleasant.i will be back.thank you.
