Good Sliders. Decent selection. Good for a lite lunch. Love the "chips".
I wouldn't call them mind blowing, but they are a good burger. I like the kids meal. 1 slider and chips, it's just enough for a lite lunch.
The meat isn't overly flavored so all of the flavors comes from the toppings. The buns are good and the meat to bread ratio is well balanced for a slider. The best part is the chips.
Pros: Good burgers, great chips, location, price
Cons: Staff isn't overly friendly, parking, small dining area

Very cool place! If you're looking for a unique burger and side options this is your place. I have a strict diet I have to stick to because of health issues. I can't eat beef so finding a good turkey burger or veggie burger is hard to do. BurgerIM has it down to a science making these burgers taste amazing. The owner is very welcoming and the staff is attentive as well.

Very delicious! I have tried a Spanish Burger and my wife had the Greek Lamb. We both thought the service was good also. The do the fries in the shape of a circle and they were awesome also. Definitely worth coming back. We are wanting to try the sweet potato fries and onion rings next.

Pretty darn decent burger, cooked well although the first time it was served it was sans bacon which I had added to the original burger, sweet potato fries are the best I've had in a very long time. Nice lobby great service, super clean drink/condiment station as well as stocked and well kept bathroom.

Best burger in Memphis so far!
After skating the campus at U of M, my friend and I went to get some food on the highland strip. Being new to the area, we decided to try out BurgerIM.
To our delight, they had a wonderful menu with reasonable prices. Once we got our food, BurgerIM cemented its place as “#1 burger joint” to me!
Would highly recommend you try this place and get the “Dry-Aged Beef” burger (onion ring, BBQ sauce, and cheddar cheese.)

This restaurant was very clean and the staff was very friendly and engaging. Food was delivered hot and in a timely manner. I loved the fries which were cut like chips. The onion rings were crisp and light (light meaning not greasy) and the hamburger was amazing. I couldn't help but eat the whole thing and it was enough to save half for later. Best burger I have sunk my teeth into in a very long time! Thank you so much for coming to Memphis it's a great place to eat! Oh and I really liked the soda fountain machine too! The Cherry Coke was yummy!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We ordered a meal for our toddler sons to share and the girl at the counter split up the order and we didn't even ask her to. She was consistently friendly and considerate to everyone who came through the door. I liked that they had sliders so I could try different things, but the upcharge per topping could add up really fast. The burgers were good, but maybe a little pricey for what you are getting.

Good place to grab a burger!
Conveniently near to the University of Memphis.
I have been here a couple of times and liked their concept of customizing your burger.
Price of these mini burgers is very affordable.
I liked that they have vegetarian and vegan options as well.
Salmon burger is worth trying (if you like fish)
Potato fries are tasty and you can get seasonings as well.
