First time visiting City Silo Table + Pantry. My daughter and I enjoyed ourselves. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the plants. Our meals were delicious.

This is a fantastic little eatery with fast and casual healthy options for both omnivores and vegetarians. The Aztec wellness show was a perfect blend of turmeric/ginger/pineapple juice. The service has been fantastic both times I've been.

I really like it here. I’m vegan and they have many vegan options. The food is fresh. I like the sunshine burrito, pico de cado toast, and Buffalo tempeh and cauliflower hearty bowl. I also like the heart beet and good vibrations smoothies.

The restaurant was very clean and had a trendy vibe that made for a great atmosphere. The staff was friendly. I ordered the "Good Roots" bowl and it was hands down the best veggie bowl I've ever had. The roasted sweet potatoes and beets were perfectly cooked and paired so well with the grilled red onions, bell peppers, and kale. And the tahini ginger sauce added just the right amount of flavor to tie everything together. It was so tasty! I highly recommend City Silo Table to anyone! Try the Good Roots bowl.

Upscale spot tucked away in a small shopping center in East Memphis. The sunshine burrito is dense and filling with some complex wholesome flavors and the super classy acai bowl was refreshing with a nice variety of textures. We got take out, and things were nicely packed for easy transport.

Finally a place that serves healthy, delicious, & very reasonably priced food! Just had the McSilo for breakfast. Absolutely fantastic! There is SO much stuff on the menu I want to try. And the service is fantastic. Happy smiling faces are such a rare gem nowadays. Super cute little cafe. I love this place & will definitely be back!

What a quaint place to get the best healthy foods! I absolutely loved their menu selections. I loved their Kale Caesar Salad and my favorite Beet juice!

We were were not sure where we were gonna eat, so Angela went on line and found this place which seemed to be exactly what I so love. We thought the place had a Quant trendy rustic and simple fun vibe. I was pleased with the many different yummy and oh so healthy choices. I went with the beet and walnut veggie burger with of course extra onions. I did not know it came with a salad that had a most excellent dressing and the burger had a slight spicy kick and was more than delicious. I so look forward to eating there again and again! I know Angela was most pleased as well!
