Benihana

The food and the experience was nice. I had a mojito and the filet with scallops with the fried rice. We did have some cranky people beside us. I felt bad for our server. She was obviously pretty new. I thought she did wonderful they were just sucking down water like a camel. Giving that snap a finger attitude. But we made sure we took care of server. Some people just don't understand the restaurant business. Everything was absolutely delicious and our chef was funny. We enjoyed our time even though the other two couples didn't.

Food was great and well prepared, got seated after about 20 minutes after reservation time on a Thursday night. I really came to give great compliments on Chef KP, thus far my favorite chef she was so kind, funny and great at what she does because the food was excellent. My three old dined with us and this was his first time he enjoyed it but she made it memorable. He doesn’t talk much but he told her “ hey “every 5 minutes while cooking and she replied each time without getting annoyed at him being repetitive. Even came out when we was leaving to tell him bye. He loved it and I thank her so much for that. Great service from chef KP

It was my first time visiting Benihana..I must say everything on our table was delicious.The soup was the best I've ever had. Our service was exceptional..Chef Eric was by far the coolest,most attentive and fun Guy. He cooked his food with love. And might I add,the Peach Saki socked it to me. The wait was a little long to be seated. But it was well worth the wait. Definitely a go to when I visit Memphis again.
