The Christmas Day Brunch did not disappoint. Everything was good and had no complaints.However, we used the valet service upon arrival. It took them 45 plus minutes to get our car to us. We waited with everyone else who waited that long also. There were no chairs or benches to sit on. Even the elderly had to stand. That was a terrible way to end a lovely day.

The staff at the Peabody were so kind in making a a special night for my husband and I. The staff member Diamond went above and beyond by providing a complimentary charcuterie board and bottle of wine to make sure it made our night out extra special. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The amenities and restaurant availability was great also. Highly recommend!

The location and charm of this place make it worth it. We booked with Black Friday Sale prices and had a small queen. The queen room on the 11th floor is small, no refrigerator and a small bathroom. However, the lobby and the duck march and proximity to everything you want to see downtown make the stay worth it!

Had to plan months in advance, but was able to arrange for my 11-year-old daughter to be an Honorary Duckmaster during our 2-night trip to Memphis. She LOVED the experience and all the great souvenirs that come with the package! Doug THE Duckmaster was a font of historical knowledge and so kind and patient! As a national historical property, I imagine The Peabody must cost a fortune to maintain! Encountering detail-oriented staff with a pleasant attitude is hard to come by everywhere these days. So although it is quite expensive to stay, one or two of the employees seem to resent the clients/are in need of retraining, and the rooms are not as sparkling and spacious as a newer hotel—our patronage contributes to keeping this cherished place alive for everyone to tour and enjoy—especially the lobby that was gorgeously decked out for the holidays! The three-course afternoon tea service was a delight. Our server, David and all four different meals at the Carpaccio Grill were excellent. The coffee and tea service in the lobby, attentively served by Tev, was elegant to enjoy as we awaited the duck march. The location is fabulous, an easy walk to exploring other sites of interest throughout the downtown. The gift shops were full of nicely displayed, unique, and themed items. Thank you to all whose work made our holiday visit so special and memorable!

We live in Memphis and love going to the Peabody for an easy vacation close to home. We stayed overnight the day after Thanksgiving for the Duck March, Tree lighting, and pictures with Santa. Having dessert before dinner with the ducks is one of our favorite things to do at the Hotel. We have seen the Peabody Duck March countless times and it never seems to get old. I stayed at the Peabody for 3 nights and I enjoyed it. The gym and pool facilities are phenomenal and the rooms are comfortable. However, note that the rooms don't include a fridge (or microwave) if that matters to you. I found the beds to be comfortable and bathroom was well kept. The only downside was our room was never tended to while away during our entire stay which would have been nice. The duck walk was of course great and I appreciate the proactive involvement of kids in the experience as I'm sure they enjoyed it. Only disappintment to the duck walk is that the duck master usually drags on a 20 minute speech just for 10 seconds of duck walking!

We were here to see the Duck Parade and it did not disappoint. What a wonderful piece of Memphis Tn. History. The show was great. The duck Master did s great job and of course the ducks didn't disappoint. The hotel itself has a wonderful history and is worth a walk about to read the different pictures. The gift shop is outstanding with great items something for everyone. If you're even near Memphis please make this part of your trip‼️
