My party time was at 5:30 I arrived a few mins late and my table wasn't ready, there was trash everywhere and bags full of trash at my table. The some of the worker were unprofessional, rude or just hanging out in the kitchen instead of making sure everything was okay at my kid table. I had to keep asking for things repeatedly. They were just very rude. Also I brought my child cake there is was perfectly fine and gave it to them. When it was time to bring the cake. My son cake was a mess, horrible and hard to service because it was falling apart. I will recommend anyone to this place and will not come back.

We (my friend and I) love it as much as the kids. We go early afternoon and its not busy. The staff is great! They are making sure the salad bar is full and fresh. The pizza and is good. Not some cardboard frozen pizza. And I periodically see a staff member come out and wipe down the most used areas. I love that you can see the kids even when you sit at a table. The manager that is there when we go, is great! (I'm sorry I can't remember his name). I've heard him ASK staff members to do things, not order them to do things. He is polite and professional. We go 2-4 times a month.

We went on 2/24/22 the staff was very friendly. We got 2 of the combo meals for our little party of 11. The Manager was very helpful with helping us celebrate our sons birthday by turning on Chuck E. Then we got a surprise visit from the big man himself. Will go back to this location again. Also very clean place had an employee wiping down tables and all surfaces the whole night. Thanks again!

I had my daughter’s 4yr old birthday party here 5/23/22 The staff especially the manager and host went over and beyond to make her day special. They were out of helium due to no fault of their own but nation wide. They were apologetic gave extra tickets and made sure my daughter had a wonderful time!!!! Thanks so much to the friendly energetic staff.

This Is a unprofessional place. Not only was they rude and disrespectful. They messed up many of my orders. My daughters cake was messed up after I gave it to them. It was like the took a big chunk out of it. After I told them this they basically blamed it on me. The place was very packed. Children and their families was evading our space. Their pizza was not as good as other locations I went to. The bathroom was very dirty. The mascot as Chucky was very disrespectful and rude. He didn’t want to take pictures with the children or nothing. I spent a total of $500 at that place and it all went down the drain. I do not recommend to nobody. AT ALL👎🏽
