Small food truck with really good and fast serving Mexican food. For the price, it can’t get any better. The food is tasty, healthy and well made. Friendly and polite customer service. Highly recommended if you are out at the Preston market and need a quick bite.

Corntopia Taco Van was unfortunately rather disappointing, the Tacos are really bland, they lack both ingredients and flavour, the ingredients in the Beef Taco was literally just mince meat that tasted like it had super market Mexican Spice sachet added to it with Lettuce and a little bit of Sour Cream, Guacamole and Cheese are both 50 Cents extra on each Taco 🌮 unfortunately I don't recommend Corntopia Taco Van. 🌮🌮🌮🌮

Got a burrito bowl from uber eats. It wasn’t adequately seasoned. Salsa was bland the corn didn’t even have salt and the rice was chewy. Red beans had some seasoning and chicken was overcooked/ dry. I recall their burrito being healthy and tasty, nachos with fresh guacamole and sour cream. Not anymore I guess.

Cornutopia Taco Van recently catered for 100 people at our baby shower and it was just perfect. They provided everything we needed to feed everyone. The food was delicious and everyone at our party was raving about how good it was! Thank you so much for the easy communication and transactions. I highly recommend this service!

Cute Mexican food truck at Preston markets. Loads of hungry people waiting for their serve. Looking around the corn seems to be a clear favourite, it's on every table!
Sadly, I was a bit underwhelmed with my vegetarian tacos (added extra cheese and guac) - I had high hopes but it felt a bit bland for a Mexican meal. I tried adding their green chilli sauce but that didn't help much.
It's definitely a kid friendly place, and for people that don't like their food too punchy this would be a perfect place!
I'd be happy to try again - might be the fact it's a food truck and a very busy time of day!
