Unfortunately not the best experience with this company. This was the first tax return I had done and once it was processed I suspected their fee hadn’t come out of my return. For months I contacted them several times to enquire whether it had or not. The receptionist was rude and dismissive. She constantly told me she would have someone contact me but no one was. After around 6 months I was contacted and informed that it hadn’t been deducted and they gave me an extremely high bill. I am a full time student living out of home so this was a shock to me. I told them I wasn’t able to pay it immediately as I had just lost my part time job. A few months later I received another call advising they had charged me an incorrect amount and removed an amount from the bill. I found the whole experience to be unprofessional and that their fees are very high for the service they provide.
