A great restaurant tucked into a St Kilda Rd high rise. It looks small outside but opens up to a large dining area.
The food hits the right notes with options for vegetarians and gluten free. The Muscat Oolong tea was tremendous.
There is fun energetic atmosphere with lots of colour clambering the walls.
The donut dessert was rich and flavourful.
$120 for 4 people without alcohol and plenty to eat. If you're in the area it would be good for dinner.
Good service.

Pretty much a mixed feeling with this place. Came here with the family and the only thing that was good was the beef cheek nasi lemak. No kidding. The rest of the items were just so-so. The laksa? Looks good but it was the duck drumstick that saved the dish. I've been told that their breakfast kicks ass. And that's what I'm gonna try thr next time round.

Serving authentic Malaysian food, delicious and will keep you wanting more. A variety of craft beers makes it a great place to unwind.

REALLY good chicken biryani. Atmosphere a little on the cool side, as well as restaurant temperature. All the staff were warm and friendly. My first chai latte wasn't warm enough but the next one was perfect. I'd go again for biryani.

Not your average hotel restaurant. Great Asian themed food with friendly staff and very good prices. Minimal wine list though sadly. I had the bacon and beef burger which was delicious

Went there awhile ago now, during a short trip to Melbourne to do Live cooking demonstrations at the Crown Casino (I'm a Malaysian cook myself). Food was incredible and it was obvious they took great pride in recreating the flavours of Malaysia. I had Laksa Sarawak (pictured), Penang Char Kway Teow (I requested a pork-free version and it still tasted fabulous) and a fusion-style rojak (Penang fruit salad).

Love the softshell crab bun! A must try here. Noted that the size is a bit small because it is an appetizer.
