Beautiful restaurant I have done food delivery here for UberEats While waiting for my customer’s order be available to pick up, I share some of my thoughts when relocating to a new city. It's OK to be scared, but trust that in all it's going to be magical, and there will be moments of so much joy that you will feel you are the only one in the whole world who knows the intoxicating jubilation of being alive. These are the things I want you to remember and take with you forever in your heart.

NANDO'S NORTHBANK!!! you have made my partner and my week!! I had placed an order for a nice succulent nandos meal for myself and my partner whilst we are in hotel quarantine. As I was scrolling through the menu I had noticed that we could not order our favorite and arguably the best sauce known to mankind the "trio of bell peppers". So with a little disbelief in my mind I decided to leave a little note on the order stating that we are in hotel quarantine and would love a couple of little tubs of this delicious condiment. When our order had arrived we came to realize the the crew working at this establishment on Friday the 24th of September 2021 at approximately 17:45 pm had went above and beyond to complete our request. Not only did we get a delicious meal and our favorite condiment but they also wrote a lovely little note on our delivery bag and even threw in a gift for our quarantine entertainment... This was such an awesome surprise for us and we will never forget this. Thanks for everything especially in a tough time that is all happening lately in Melbourne. Kindness goes a long way and it does not go unnoticed. Cheers legends and keep on fighting the fight 🤙🍻🍗🍟

I put the pick up order two three time first time I thought it might be busy thats why they didn’t see the note plus fries was uncooked second time turns out that food is cooked but didn’t follow the note and third time nothing was good their staff needs to read the notes.!! When ever you do pick up order must check everything.

Tonight, we were publicly humiliated by the man with red hair and a beard, that I assume is the cashier. We came to collected our take away bags that my friend and I ordered, we picked up the bag, This man screamed at us, almost like we were children. Mind you this is in front of a full restaurant. My friend has social anxiety and broke out into tears once we left. Heart breaking experience since we always go to this restaurant on Thursday nights. and because my friend has a severe anxiety due to her serious allergy's and this is the only place we can eat together.. If I could give 0 stars I would.
