Everyone i spoke to (phone and in person picking up) was so friendly. I ordered online and wanted to add something and there was no option. Called kiosk and the girl made it happen. Cookie was ready on time, looked great and tasted fresh! Great job, great customer service! Thanks!

It was good to just find the stand and eat some to bring back "mall memories" for my hubby. I can tell you one thing - cookies/sweets in general seem WAY sweeter since we have become adults.

My goodness I was so happy to see Mrs. Fields in the mall these cookies are so addicting and yummy 😋 I just had to pick up a few to take take home. Service was good but not as good as the cookies 😆
