I had a great experience at the mall. Victoria was very personable and friendly and offered me a sample of peppermint mocha frappe. Ally made my matcha latte and it was very good. I had a maple chicken sandwich that was very tasty. They both were upbeat and got my order done very fast. Great customer service and they pronounced my name correctly!

Best managed Starbucks I've seen in years. Quality staff, quality coffee, cleanliness in spades. The current manager is the bane of all Karens, he diffused a situation caused by a customer so professionally I was gobsmacked, absolutely made my day.

My barista was sooooo chill, easy to talk to, and sweet. One lady was purposely avoiding eye contact, wouldn't answer my questions, etc.. my drink was the shizzz as always so pretty much great job yall 👏

Seeing the Starbucks ladies and gents every morning has been nothing short of a pleasure 🙏
Going to school is a hassle but seeing everyone's smiling faces and great conversations made it the best, thank you Tess, Morgan, Caleb, Simone and everyone else that makes the mornings worth it for these tspa ladies!
