Hell 'n Blazes Brewing Co.

Finally a brewpub that uses quality ingredients in their food and beer; we will come back! As a French-American family, we also really loved how our server treated us. I suspect this is a nice place to work because our server wasn’t breathing down our neck or pressuring us to order more food / drinks just to increase their tip which we really appreciated because servers can make foreign customers feel awkward sometimes in the States. This is a lovely brewpub indeed!

We had a surprise engagement party for my son and FDIL in the game room. The food and beer was delicious ! Rachel our server was AWESOME! She was so sweet , always smiling and served with a happy face. She was hopping to take and serve drink orders. It was a great time by all. Thank u Drew and Julie for being so easy to work with and help planning this event !!

I had out of town guests visiting for a funeral. I walked in to Hell’ n Blazes to have lunch with my brother and try to plan the last minute event. The food was great so I inquired about catering. The chef came out showed me their catering menu and helped me order a balanced menu for the event. She thought of every detail from tongs, plates, silverware and heating dishes. She was patient, kind and thorough!! The food was amazing and no detail overlooked. I would absolutely recommend this establishment for your catering needs !!

Didn't try any of the food, but the beer was good. Some really interesting and creative offerings. The location seems super popular. It was crowded but service was quick. Love that they pour quarter pints. Got to try a couple of things. Melbourne seems like an interesting place and this was a cool stop. Worth checking out for sure.

Saw an article about their award winning hefeweizen so we finally made the trek from Vero Beach. No regrets. Georgia Hefeweizen ⭐⭐⭐ it has a very strong peach flavor that I wasn't partial to it today, maybe a different day I would of loved it. Huggins Hefeweizen ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (the award winner I mentioned earlier) Spring Fling ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ wife enjoyed it Gator bites ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ only the second time we've had gator but this was as good as our first time from a 5 star restaurant in Orlando. And probably half the price 😆! Came with sauce very comparable to another restaurant where you eat bloomin' onions. Also my son is a picky eater and he enjoyed it. Brisket platter ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ brisket was perfect, it was moist but edges were crisp and so much flavor in the fat. One of the best briskets I've had (compared to NC bbq) Pulled pork sandwich ⭐⭐⭐⭐ wife said it was good and really enjoyed the sauce (same one with brisket as well) Triple meat flatbread ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ son was full of gator but still found himself eating the flatbread when he said from the start he wanted a box to go. Will return again to try more mixed drinks and food! Nick was an awesome waiter and I knew in the first conversation with him we were going to be taken care of. I've changed how I tip people in the food industry since standards are really low and I haven't tipped someone as much as him in years.

We went to Hell N Blazes last night for first time. I highly recommend this place to check out. The burgers were phenomenal. Lots of local beers. A delicious cocktail menu. The place was pristine with a large bar, beautiful carved wood tables, and cozy couches in the front corners. Plus a spot in the back for darts, shuffleboard, and a few arcade games. My only complaint was that it was so loud. We went on a Thursday evening and was only a quarter full. I think the sound of people talking, yelling and laughing just bounces off the ceiling and walls. If you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy a beer this might not be it. The burgers were phenomenal and cooked exactly as ordered. I had the Goat Cheese burger (cooked medium, arugula, goat cheese, caramelized onions, mushrooms and balsamic vinegar). Truly scrumptious! Pricey burger at $19 but was worth it! My husband had the brisket burger which he also thoroughly enjoyed. Plus the service was equally excellent. We’ll definitely be back!

Very cool location with awesome food! I had the chicken linguine and it was amazing. Highly recommended. The beer selection was good too. Sadly the noise level was so high that we had to move on to another location after dinner. That's the only reason for -1 Star. Otherwise it would be a 5 Star Place.
