Normally this location in Medina, NY food is fine with acception of overly salty fries however today was just gross. Fries are so gross that they literally made me spit it out in reaction. They aren't close to being edible due to being so undercooked, soggy, salty, and old.....its just some fries but some awful fries I wouldn't give to a starving person let alone a paying customer. C'mon now lets be better **UPDATE 10/23/21 3:30pm EST** --added 2 burger photos from trip 2 give em another chance today...ended with less money and not a single bite or piece of edible food!! MY RANT; Horrible service, horrible food, all happened in last year prior to that I frequented and would recommend but in the last year or so its taken a drastic turn for the bad. Each successive trip has ended worst and worst with this being the final laugh on me. Burgers so old and hard you wouldn't eat let alone ponder feeding it to your animals. Fries are always mix match of soggy 2 day old grossness to massively over-salted fresh outta the fryer undercooked messes. Whichever way you slice I would highly recommend avoiding this location until they show drastic changes and improvements! This will be the last time I pay them for something I cant eat let alone want to touch after how old and gross it is. SAD 😥

Curbside app doesn't work for this location. Which is ok because this location is hit or miss. You could show up order for 5 people and get your fast food fast. You could show up and order a single whopper. Be asked to park out front. Wait 15 minutes. And when you get home the whopper is not correct. It gets 3 stars because it's food. It's BK and for the most part you know what it's going to taste like.

Jan 31st, only 3☆ bcz it was NOT ♿ accessible tonight due to snow & ice buildup blocking sidewalk entry to get into building. 4☆Service was very kind, caring & friendly. Also, accurate order, made quickly & cooked right, despite busy dinnertime drive thru. Good food. Clean dining room with seating-type options, video gaming consoles & "fireside" (though not turned on) seating with entertaining TV video programming. Good place for spending spare time.
