Arby's

Arby's has a chicken salad with pecans, grapes and apples. The filling was delicious. The chicken was tender. Very good. The poster shows the pecan chicken salad served on a toasted roll. The roll is what attracted me to the sandwich. It doesn't actually come on a nicely toasted roll. It was served on bread. Untoasted bread. I ate half gave the other half to my husband. The chicken salad was good. But the bread ruined it. Nothing special. Nothing like the poster. My sons chicken sandwich was a disappointment as well. The piece of chicken was small and thin. Not $7 worth. There are many other fast food choices near Arby's. Thus Arby's needs to step it up.

Let me say I was asked to go here to write a review of this restaurant. The service people were so nice and helpful as I purposely stumbled with my order. The counter was dirty. I had to ask for my drink cup. The fountain drink area were I had to get my own beverage was so dirty with sauces and pop that I almost gave their cup back. I was scared to touch anything after that. The tables and floors are dirty. The bathrooms need a power washer and deodorizer also. The food quality was decent, the food temperature was inadequate and could have made me sick. A serious inquiry to the health department will be my next step. 2 stars for friendly employees.

Stopped by this location today. Ordered at the drive thru and detailed everything including sauces get to the window and pay. They give us our drinks and card back then close window. Then a few minutes later come back and shove the bag out the window then close it. Look in the bag and we did not get any straws and we were missing all the sauces we asked for twice. Went to say something and there was nobody to be seen from the window.
