Dunkin'

A really decent Dunkin with a convenient drive-thru. The stores is kept clean and it is fairly spacious for working on your lap or attending a small meeting with friends or employees. There is exterior seating with tables with umbrellas. The employees seemed pleasant enough and the coffee is what you would expect.

Very nice new place open around my house. Every morning to my I had to drive far to get My coffee now it’s next to me and my way to work too. I go with my family all the time now. Wawa is a cross of that Dunkin’ but I love to go to Dunkin’. Today was grand opening February 09/2019. We had fun with my family. Thank you

Each time I go here the workers are extremely rude and have no type of people skills. They never say thank you or have a good day. You give them a tip they do not say thank you in any type of way. My coffee is always made wrong they do not listen. I will not being going back ever again. You should never make your customers feel like a bother

5/17/21 **UPDATE** This place used to be fantastic. Very efficient, fast line, and drinks made correctly. I don't know if there is a new manager but things have gone downhill! I went there at 1:30 today and there were 6 vehicles ahead of me. It took 10 minutes to get to the window. Simple order: pomegranate blueberry drink and a medium iced coffee with cream and sugar. First thing they say: You got 2 donuts, right? She finally found my order but of course it wasn't ready. And what I finally got was a smidgen of coffee with what seemed like alot of water and a ton of cream. I didn't find that out until I was already on the road, and I certainly wouldn't have gone back. Hence this review!

I have never been so unhappy with a business in my life! Let alone, a company that I buy from on a regular basis. I went to this particular Dunkin' Donuts for a drink and my order was made wrong. I can not drink whole milk and simply requested for my drink to be made with almond milk instead. The store manager did not honor this request, and stated that I needed to pay for a new drink. I refused to do so, and he proceeded to raise his voice and stated, “I can not give you another drink unless you pay!” I also requested for him to give me his name and he refused to do so. The unprofessionalism at this organization is unlike anything I’ve ever encountered. I will NEVER visit this Dunkin’ Donuts again!!!

this used to be the only dunkin’ donuts i would go to. they had amazing staff always fast, the one gentleman actually knew my order off the top of his head. i don’t know what happened but this place now ALWAYS has a line to outside the parking lot, so slow, my order has been wrong on 6 different occasions, items are forgotten, and on a saturday after i was waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes for a mobile order i decided to try and come in, they refused to let me in when their inside has been open for months. don’t know what happened here but very disappointed.
