Wow! The employees were so very nice! They asked me questions about my day and wished me a blessed day! Not just one employee but both of them! I love this. Thank you so much for going over and beyond just making my sandwich. You also made my day!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Lettuce went bad and it was actually being served to customers. When my sandwich was being made the artist said the lettuce felt slimy and smelt funny, she grabs a new tub of lettuce and surprise surprise the lettuce is rancid too. She yells to a lady in the back to inform her but to my surprise the lady from the back comes out and says "yeah they're all like that" meaning they're aware of the issue but have been giving it out anyway. She proceeds to open a new bag of lettuce in front of me, smells the lettuce and GAGS at the horrendous smell. At this point I'm disgusted and concerned and this location did not get my business that day. I will literally never be back I am beyond taken aback by the situation.

Typically very nice, will order using the app a head of time, however wouldnt always toast the sandwich on curbside. Anyways most recent trip bit down something didn’t feel right, turns out the metal from oven paddle must have been used so many times that it is chipping off into sandwiches. Bought 2 that day 1 for later threw both out. Reached out to corporate and only got a generic “thanks for offering you feedback” email response. I can’t ever go back for obvious reasons

I went into subway today and I'm Never going back to this subway again they had flies everywhere Nats were flying around the meat and on top of that the lettuce was nasty and slimey and overall I'm never coming back to this subway 😒 and they put rotten tomatoes with the new tomatoes I saw that for my own eyes and the lady that made my sandwich omg very slow very when I say she was slow I believe I heard one of the girls say her name I believe Karen or Kim yeah I think it was Kim and she was very rude I would recommend never to go hear but that one girl that started with a C she was very sweet very helpful and fast on the sandwiches I miss her but she was really sweet and kind hearted

Went in for a sandwich to share with my husband. We ended up leaving before the sandwich was even done.
I have never felt the need to walk out of a restaurant while someone was preparing my food. The employee we spoke with was so rude that I didn't even want to eat there.

Just witnessed a supposedly manager with red hair with glasses rudely raising her voice loudly at a customer. She was saying I remember you!
The rude employee was saying you ordered your sandwich wrong before. I could not believe this women was then yelling at her!
I stepped in and told her she was wrong for being rude and yelling at her customer over something from the past.

Some of the employees at this place have poor customer service, including a supervisor.
Someone bought me a cold cut sandwich and I did not like all of that bologna that was in it. I went back later in the evening and asked to exchange it and one employee said they don't do that. The other employee wanted to help but she did not know how to ring up an exchange on the register. I got a hold and spoke to a supervisor named Sandra two days later and she said she could not do anything. I wonder why !
