The wait was just a tease to push customers away. It did. They did not want to wait on people. Why not be truthful.
We walked out after 15 min wait.
My step Son could manage your restaurant and make it a gold mine.
I'm sure the food is good.

My family and I were once regular customers of Cotton Patch cafe. Unfortunately this location has definitely gone downhill in my opinion. After our experience today we will not be patronizing again. It was so bad it almost seemed like the employees who filled the order were angry or something, I can’t imagine anyone thinking sending this order out was okay. 😑
Via Uber Eats I ordered two kids meals, a bowl of chicken and dumplings, and a trio dipper. The trio dipper came with not nearly enough chips, many of which were stale and inedible. Also two tiny containers of salsa (think condiment containers), brown guacamole, and a very small amount of queso. For a $10 appetizer this was basically worthless. Also my bowl of chicken and dumplings was completely left out of the order.
I hate it because this used to be a great place to eat. But this is the last $40 I will waste on ordering here.

I had a great experience today! My mom and I were having an early dinner with Stella and Josh taking care of us! They were just amazing! Everything about the meal was perfect. The service was OUTSTANDING! I cannot compliment Stella and Josh enough! Will definitely be back when I come back to see my family!

Going out to eat should be a fun, enjoyable experience. This was not. Every aspect from the having to wait to be seated when they were not busy, to the distracted, forgetful waiter, and having to ask twice for things was ridiculous. When the food came, it was cold. We also had to ask several times for the check, and when it finally comes, the amount they charged my card was more than the check I was presented. That's a first. At that point, it was only about $3, so we just paid it and left. There are too many better options. We won't be back.

Just ate there with my sister. Was greeted almost immediately. Food was amazing and the staff was even better. Our Waiter Hayden was very attentive and had a very positive attitude. the energy was just friendly and we will definitely come back to this location soon!!

30+ minutes to get a plain burger and fries. The restaurant wasn't even busy. The cooks that could speak English were too busy flirting with the waitresses and could be heard doing so out in the dining area. Couldn't tell what the spainish speaking cooks were yelling about. Overall, absolutely horrendous experience. Its a wonder how this restaurant is even still open.

Check your bill there's a new 5% charge on them to "cover hardship" but it doesn't go to the wait staff. My salad was supposed to have bacon bits, instead it was a bacon chunk.
