the old black woman working the drive thru around 11:30am on 3/18/22 has a horrendous attitude and needs to be fired immediately. i said i want a chicken sandwich with NO MAYO (which i mentioned a couple times) and a 1 piece thigh of nashville hot. she said "we don't do that anymore". i said, oh, well i've gotten the nashville hot individual pieces other times i've been here. again she said "no we don't do that, but we can do 3 piece nashville hot tenders". i then was thinking about my order and she said with ATTITUDE "COME ON ORDER". i said calm down and she said "JUST ORDER, COME ON, OH MY GOD". i then stated the obvious and said "you're ridiculous", she said "no, you're ridiculous". finally i ordered the chicken sandwich meal and mentioned 2 more times that i didn't want mayo on the sandwich. when i received my order of course the sandwich had mayo on it even though i mentioned 3 or 4 TIMES, NO MAYO. finally after hearing her mutter "ITS GONNA BE A LONG DAY" and watching her fire the sandwich with mayo into the garbage i received the correct order. so much for service with a smile. i will happily revise this post and give more stars after its been confirmed to me that this persons been canned like my chicken sandwich with mayo and her attitude giving at the drive thru days are over. for the record ma'am you are the ridiculous one and i've got news for you.....every day is gonna be a "long day" with your attitude.

Order was wrong , chicken was greasy. Lady behind the counter didn’t want to hear about it . Left a message for the manager , but call was never returned . Tried calling back , but their answer is “ we can’t do anything about it “ . This place sucks. Will call corporate , and see what happens. If this is how they operate , I don’t have high hopes …

This is the worst place ever I tried calling customer service I tried calling the store there is no live agents you can talk to in the store gives you a recording when I got home instead of having dark chicken I had chicken tenders Potpies a bowl of mashed potatoes gravy a bowl of coleslaw and four rolls with no butter when I ordered dark meat for everyone mashed potatoes for everyone and coleslaw for everyone four rolls with butter they got the order totally wrong and I was the only one in the place if the company reads this I would like a refund of some kind

This my first experience at this KFC, the woman who took my order in the drivethru barely responded, for instance when I ordered menu item one, she did not respond at all so I couldn't tell if she actually received my order, when I asked a question her response seemed entitled by her response and tone. When I asked a question regarding a menu item again she didn't respond. Also while placing my order a man walked up through the drive thru and stood in front of the menu sign, staff did not respond to him, I had to ask him to step away so I could see. Not KFC's fault but still annoying. The person at the window was pleasant but didn't provide me a receipt after stating it was in the bag when it wasn't. The meals came with a biscuit but no butter and the cole slaw was also missing. I didn't feel like driving back for another poor experience.

My mother, my daughter and myself really enjoyed our dinner from here today. It was excellent! It was still hot when we got home, everything we ordered was there and the young lady working the drive thru was so nice, especially after I said, "I'm sry, can we start over?" (Lol I was trying to save a few bucks) but $26 to feed 3 ppl and for how good it was..totally worth it. Will definitely be back.
