This place don’t close till 9pm I pulled up to this Subway around 8:16pm they seen me and my mother getting ready to get out the car to go in some dude hurray up and lock the door in our face what type of costumer service is that it was so rude and it wasn’t even the time to close get it together cause I was so upset and not pleased

Store closes early! Never wants to heat up or refill product, lettuce looks brown and they move slow on purpose so you do not order anything else. It really has gone downhill. The door says close 8 yet at 740 locked and when you call they just let it ring. Yet several customers outside.

Very good footlong hoagies are made in a timely fashion and courteous service from this location in Kenmawr plaza.

Ventured here after a hard day's work, school, volleyball practice and a volleyball game. I was very shocked that the entire store was running off of 3 10th graders with no adult supervision. While I could tell their day was long, everyone was very polite, upbeat & professional. They handled the store & all the people like Champs! So if these 16 year olds need to close early to maintain everything so be it!! Fine job keeping the store running while your manager can't be bothered to make an appearance! BRAVO CREW!

I just got a steak sub for my kid from Cheryl it looks so good then I end up getting one myself and it was delicious she was very courteous and professional and served me with a smile. They should have more people like her

Honestly this is the best subway in the area, the person who made my sandwhich today is the reason im giving 5 stars, his name is Anthony. He may have made me the best one ive had in my whole life, plus he was a very respectful young man. Great job buddy and thankyou again !!

If you guys are going to close at 7:30pm the sign and closing time on the webpage should say 7:30pm, not 8pm. This is the 2nd time I arrived at your store at 7:25pm and the door was locked and an employee came to the door and said they close early to clean up and be out by 8pm. I understand that at the end of the night cleaning up is necessary, but your business hours on your sign should be the time you stop serving customers not the time the employees leave for the night.

Bad service today. Sandwich was sloppily made by a male 3/28/2021 3pm. During the week days at 1:30 pm service is great by different server. Won't be back on weekends and when I see this person will not go in second time with this server. He is not good for this business.
