Subway

Web listing says open Sunday "24 Hours." I called at 8:45pm Sunday. Guy with an extremely thick foreign accent said "closed 5 o'clock." At least I *think that's what he said. And I'm very familiar with foreign accents. I Tried to confirm location. He didn't understand the words "location", "Route 60", or "Steubenville Pike". This Subway is supposed to be at the intersection of that and Beaver Grade Rd.

I wish I could give this a zero star because even a one star is far to much. They lack professionalism and have terrible customer service. I had called to cancel and an order mere seconds after placing it on the mobile app to which no one answered until the 5th call which their number isn't even for the subway it's for the bp gas station itself. The manager gave no help essentially told me no refund no cancellation and that I was a liar. I have proof to back my claims. Terrible atrocious business.

These people have no people skills. They make it seem like you are a nuicence rather than a customer. 1 employee was manning the register while the other employee was preforming irelevent tasks behind the counter that could easily wait. I was the only customer standing there for a few minutes before I got any attention.They are very sloppy at making sandwiches and the topping never look fresh. I honestly never had a present experience at this subway and will probably never go back.

Ordered subs online for pick up. They messed almost the entire order up (at least they got the meats right?). Went in another time for veggie patty sandwich (they're one of the few in the area that serve them). Woman said they didn't have any...even though the veggie patties were literally sitting right there. Went in-store to order another time. The woman said a sandwich wasn't covered as a $5 Footlong (it is, two were ordered to make it eligible, they're eligible when ordered online, and the store is a participating store). This store is just consistently disappointing.

Closest Subway to where I work. Have had a wide range of experiences, but overall, a really poor depiction of the Subway experience. I've waited through many rough experiences to make a final decision to give 1 star. Staff can be very discourteous, have waited a few minutes for the lady to start a sub when I'm the only person in the store. They frequently get part of the way through ringing you up, and then leave to help someone else, without handing you the receipt, or even wait for you to pay. Can be hard to understand, which I respect not as a disqualifying element, but I've had the lady become upset with me when I ask for clarification. The lady and young man who work in the afternoon are usually very pleasant, and the young man is probably the friendliest sandwich maker I have encountered. I will be looking for a different subway if I am looking for lunch before 12/1 pm.
