Love them here.. I dont even live out here but I work in Mchenry and I'll wait to get my coffee here.. they are always so nice and friendly they get your coffee drink correct. Even when they are having technical difficulties you don't see them get flustered at all. I love this place

This Dunkin' location is consistently incapable of getting even the simplest orders right. They screw it up almost every time. If you must order from here, make sure you check your order before you leave.

So I went in at around 8:30 am and ordered a medium pumpkin swirl iced coffee with cream, no sugar. I drove off, got home and realized they put sugar in it. I drove back and told them their mistake. The OWNER tried telling me that the pumpkin swirl syrup is thick and that there was no sugar in it when you can CLEARLY see the sugar compared to the new one I got. I told her you feel the sugar texture and that there is no doubt that that IS sugar. She kept insisting is was the pumpkin syrup and I just said okay. I took it and left and that made me really upset which is why I am writing this review. I thought the customer was always right but she had to argue about it. I wouldn't have came back if there was no sugar in it! Unbelievable.

They were so rude and made me not even want to eat the food I bought. They didn’t listen to my questions and were upset about me making a big order. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT DUNKIN’!

Second time in two weeks we've stopped there. 1st time they were out of hot fudge and do not make an item clearly marked on the menu. Today service was super slow and had to tell them 3 times what our order was.
