I really hate giving bad reviews, but what was once "the little Hut that Could" has fallen into CHAOS! My previous visit mad me wait over an Hour for carryout...on a Thursday. And once I finally got my purchase...it was cold. The kitchen seems to be in complete dysfunction!! No one back there seemed to know what they were doing (they forget you can hear everything). Tonight same issue. Once I was told about the 40min wait I just left.
Hire a completely new staff ASAP!! Or start paying more to hire a better, more professional Staff. This place used to be SO on point! Really...what the Hell happened?!

Pizza looked and tasted delicious! UPDATE 09.04.17: Added another picture- Premium Veggie pizza-- ordered tonight. I never have any issues with my food---its always good. Never skimpy on the toppings either😋

Guests are waiting up to 10inutes before serviced. Staff does not wear masks in the back, sometimes does not mask at the counter. Pizza is usually ready on time, occasionally lightly undercooked.

Place a simple order for cheese bread sticks online. Site indicated 35 minutes and that was a lie. Arrive on time and then proceeded to wait an additional 20 minutes and counting after paying for it. Never again......

Terrible. Waited over an hour after the email said my order was complete. The "BBQ Chicken" had no onions and very little sauce. The wings were cold. All I was offered was $5off my next order. There will not be another order.

I love pizza hut's pizza and wings!
But this location can never get your order correct! Always missing something and customer service is nonexistent! Worst pizza hut ever!!! (STAY AWAY FROM HERE)!

I ordered my pizza at 7:00pm I was given an estimate of 15-20 minutes for pick up. I got here at 7:20. I have been calling the store repeatedly while watching the female with red braids ignore the call by pressing a button that sends me to an automated answering machine. I then had to get another worker who was coming out the door to ask her to answer the phone. At this time she was not busy but was still ignoring the call. I have several attempts currently in my call log. After a worker told her to answer she then got jazzy with her. If people don’t want to work show them the unemployment line.

The food is regularly fresh and yummy, staff members hands out fantastic service. I like how clean it is and mood. I highly recommend this place.
