Chick-n-run

This is my go-to location for wings and tenders. I have been eating at this Chick-N-Run for over 12 years. The chicken is always delicious, never dry. Their chicken is always the highlight of my Super Bowl spread every year. And the owners and their team are fantastic. I love that they remember my family's favorite orders. And if I forget to order for someone they always remind me. Now that is awesome customer service. If you haven't eating at this location I recommend giving them a try. You will not be disappointed. BEST WING & TENDERS IN TOWN!!!

🙅🏽‍♀️BAD SERVICE🙅🏽‍♀️Went to this location and was not pleased to say the least. I ordered a 10 piece combo and the chicken was extremely huge compared to others I was scared to eat it. I called to try to get something else or my money back and the guy advised me that I was a problem because I ordered a water and he went to the store to purchase the water out of his pocket. Which I didn't ask him to I'm thinking they have water but I guess not anyway he said too me that I ordered the food and they provided the service so there was nothing he could do. Please don't waste your time here such waste of money. Will never run to this chick again🤢

Food is really good, however they have no safe guards implemented for covid-19 other than closing their restrooms and taking away their seating. No employee masks and no mask or social distance rules for people flooding into the tight pickup area during busy times. The chef did run my food out to my car, but I had to go inside and stand in line for quite some time before that happened.
