If everything says they close at 10:00 how come every time I go there at 9:00 they tell me they're already closed

That's it! I'm done with with location!! I'm tired of being disappointed here. It's sad because it's the closest one to my parents house. I've already had too many occasions where my order is wrong and still end up having to pay for something I didn't order. The manager says she'll credit your next order and the next time you go, she acts like nothing ever happened and refuses to give you credit and makes you pay again. Awful service.
Another thing how does hot cheetos sound like jalapeño chips??

The place is very clean, the restroom is as clean as the outside. Honestly it's decorated very wonderful with plants and portraits of mostly vegetables but the subs they offer. The air is fresh so it brings out the plants, no heavy smells of any grease but fresh cold air. The people there do well, though it took a while to serve 3 people when there was 2 workers, that bothered me. Other than that, I prefer eating there than taking it to go, I totally recommend it if you are out to lunch.
