Wanted to try them again and compare them to b-dubs. And let me tell you the loaded fries were good the wings ok. B-dubs are more saucy. Maya (a blonde with short hair) behind the counter was really helpful. She help us out with the order, silverware, and condiments. Would I go again..."maybe"

Ordered three 8 piece combo’s and one 3 piece to go. The chicken was ridiculously tiny. I called the manager to complain about it and she turns around and blames the vendor for giving them small pieces. It’s the old “pass the buck” routine. I am not going back!

Wingstop is my favorite wing place, but this Wingstop is very dirty especially the fountain machines. They have mold in the ice bin and all around the fountain machines. The reason I noticed it was because of the sewage smell that reeked from the mold that has been growing around them. It is obvious that they have never been cleaned because of the mold spores growing in some areas. I did address is to the manager but he just looked at it and did nothing about it. Was to focused on completing food orders.

First time here. You feel like your always gambling the first time. It was well worth it. The flavors we had were very tasteful although the original hot wasn’t as hot as I thought it would be but still very good. Yes I would go again.

Did not like this location whatsoever. Smells disgusting like if water is sitting somewhere. Cashier is new and was left to take orders and messed up by swiping my card a few times.
My fries had a strand of hair, lost my appetite.
My wings we’re supposed to be original hot however they made my wings lemon pepper and must have snap and just dipped my wings in the sauce because you can taste the combination.
The coke tasted horrible.!
Not a location I’ll be returning too.

Was not greeted upon entry by employee named Haven according to the receipt. Employee did not even acknowledge me asking if I was ready to order. I had to ask the Employee if their register was available in order me to place an order. The entire restaurant looked trashed. Tables were filthy and sticky. Employees were walking in dirty water in the kitchen. While I was eating there was an employees Spotify account playing over restaurant speaker with music that was not what one would consider appropriate for a wingstop; more acceptable for maybe a raunchy club. Two male people showed up seemingly to be the boyfriends of two female employees but also seemed to work there? Maybe... because one jumped over a plastic barrier to the back kitchen while we heard the female employees yelling at him not to do so and he also rolled up some rugs as part of the routine closing process?. The two males continued to stay while the on the clock employees made themselves look to be cleaning to close for the night and have a full on conversation about what they would be doing when they get out of work. We heard the two female employees arguing with the two males that showed up. This contributed to the atmosphere experience in a negative way and I would not recommend this location to anyone at all.

1. Place was very warm
2. Tables and floor were unkept.
3. A lot of flies in the dining room that we had to take our food to go. Flies kept landing on our table. I could only wonder if flies were landing on our food during prep time.
4. A significant amount of little fruit flies were swarming around the drink dispenser.

1st and last time eating there. I spent so much money on our dinner only to be disappointed.

Food was good but the temperature here in South Texas is about 110° and the AC to this restaurant was not working mind you wings take about 30 minutes when you get your order me and my family were all sweaty red and Rosy it was so hot in there they had no fans there was no circulation a breeding ground for covid we bought it to the manager's attention and she said how do you think I feel I work in the kitchen that was her answer very rude lady her name was Laura that's if that was her real name cuz she refused to give us the district manager's number one of the employees stated that the air con had been broken already for a week and the owner refused to fix it they should tell the customers that are put a sign just way too hot to be eating in a confined room with no windows and no circulating air
