Subway

I ordered a flatbread sandwich with turkey, cheese, and bacon. I specifically asked for the bacon to be toasted on the side twice so that it would be crispy enough and not over toast the sandwich. They did otherwise. The tiny amount of turkey ended up turning to jerky because of it being toasted entirely too much. I went back to get a refund and for some reason they have to have a manager on site to do so. Manager said she would be there in 5 minutes. I was on my lunch so I was in a crunch. After waiting almost 10 minutes, I left because apparently that manager doesn't understand time management nor does the manager take other people's time into consideration.
