They had to remake a hamburger. Couldn't get it right twice. I get out to my truck I realize they didn't give me French fries. Will $15 an hour help you get the order right? I doubt it if you can't do it at the wage you're making now.

Don't get a salad from this place. The lettuce is horribly warped and old.. when I called to tell them.. I was informed they make them "fresh" each morning.. ew

Hot fresh food. The order was right. The young lady that handled my order was awesome. The perfect customer service representative for flying J. We don't meet many like her out here on the road. Its a breath of fresh air the see them. Thank you Kimberly for making this ol drivers day much brighter.

We stopped in as the store lobby was closing. Emily and Troy were fantastic They could easily have turned us away but they let us take our time. We are traveling tonight and had 5 hours under our belts to get here. They didnt rush us and were awesome to deal with. This is an awesome store I'll stop here on my way home to eat for sure! Thanks Emily and Troy for making it a nice stop.

This place has the rudest staff ever! We stopped to get our disabled clients some food. We had a larger order and they all acted like it was the end of the world and didn’t want us there. They acted as if we ruined there day over a large order when thats part of their job!!!! Will never go here again. Unprofessional staff rolling their eyes and huffing and puffing over a simple request. Disgusting behavior from all staff.

I've never had so much trouble ordering what I wanted. Who ever thought up ordering what you "didn't' want" needs to be fired. (So you don't want pickles, ketchup, cheese etc).
I had to tell the cashier 3x what I DID want, correcting mistakes on the printed bill, and explaining TWICE that I DIDN'T want chili cheese fries, I wanted chili instead of fries.
After a prolonged ordeal I ended up walking away with an incorrect order because I was tired trying to order a meal according to what I wanted instead of by what I didn't want.
BTW there was no language barrier.
