I usually love to get Wendy’s at this location, however I just recently ordered a $4 for 4 and ask for a friary’s coupon like I did last year. When I got to the window I got my bag and drink, however I did not get the frosty coupon and I ask for the receipt but did not receive one. The lady at the window was acting rude and I a could not do anything about it.

Well I just had the worst experience at this Wendy's. I ordered three junior bacon cheeseburgers and a Junior cheeseburger. When I got to my family with the food, there were only Junior cheeseburgers. I went back to the restaurant just to get three junior bacon cheeseburgers, a difference of $3, and not only did they refuse to believe me, they gave me the manager's number in order to plead my case. I have never heard of a fast food place willing to the absolutely rude to customers for such a measly amount of money. Unbelievable. That wasn't even the beginning of it. Then the manager basically accused me of being annoyed before I came into the restaurant and ... I guess maybe lying? I'm not really sure. Anyway she said she would gladly take the bad review rather than give me a refund. So here you are.

Let start off saying that Wendy's is my absolute favorite fast food chain. I am a die hard Wendy's fan. BUT THIS. THIS WENDY'S LET ME DOWN. How can chicken nuggets be soggy? Not only were the chicken nuggets soggy, but they felt and tasted as though they have been sitting out for hours on end. Whoever is back there cooking needs to be fired. The chicken sandwich and hamburger I ordered looked like they were dropped in grease. My french fries were stale. At least the drink was okay. This place was terrible. I have never not finished a meal at Wendy's but I could not do it this time. On top of it all, the worker was extremely rude.

Seeing that people actually rated this place anything above a three out of five stars is truthfully mind blowing. I have gone on multiple occasions and each time it’s relatively and unpleasant experience. I just deal with it because it’s Wendy’s but maybe you should look into changing your store hours is being open until midnight on Saturdays it’s such an issue that you’re cussing out your customers in between each order while you have a customer sitting at the window listening. I’ve worked fast food and I know how Frustrating it can be to be Close to closing time and customers come in but I came in at 10:30 when you close at midnight and you had such a problem with the fact that people were coming. Just a suggestion to change your hours so that way you don’t have to cuss out your customers, just saying

Went today and got a simple order , 4for4 , extra side of fries and 10 nuggets, our sandwich was made incredibly wrong, fries were cold and soggy and didn’t even get all the nuggets we ordered . Only thing good about it is even though we didn’t get a complete order the nuggets were fresh . The staff seemed so discombobulated and not working as a team. We ordered through mobile order and then they were yelling through the store at each other and we could see employees like dancing around and one employee actually doing his job.

The system is always down. Work nearby, love Wendy’s 4 for $4 as an easy lunch option when I’m not prepared at work. The lack of customer service is one thing, but the repeated inability to even get service is disheartening. Also for upper level management that may see this, I work in retail. Genuinely, I try to be as understanding as possible. This was at least my 5th trip in just 2022 where “the system is down we can’t take orders” yet there are crew members outside smoking, inside sitting at a table in the dining room, etc. if you just need a mid day break, say that, some people might lose their minds but most should understand. But the staff here are real people to. They deserve to be paid adequately, treated fairly, and a system that works if it truly isn’t employee neglect and the system crashes constantly.

This is absolutely the worst place ever, if you can't go to another location where's customer service I've ever seen in my life. Whoever the managers are or the owners are they should be ashamed of themselves and need to get Any ownership/managerial titles stripped. All kids, and the adults there are worthless. I watched 5 employees gang up on an 80 year old woman over a 10 piece chicken nugget I felt so bad for her. They will lie to you in the drive-through just out of pure laziness and not want to make food. I would love if somebody can respond back to this with a valid contact number to chat.

I went to Wendy's today. I order a #1 and a kid's meal. When I got to the window, I asked for extra pickles. I was then told my total. I told the worker the total didn't sound right. he said the total was correct. I gave my credit card. After I got my receipt, I notice that I was charged for 2"TWO" kids meals. I asked for a refund, then I was told I couldn't get a refund. I was told they were not allowed to take the food back. I asked for a manager because I was not going to argue with a worker. A lady told me that I would have to take the food because they didn't have a manager on duty to give a refund. I was not taking the food and I was not leaving the drive-thru line until I received my refund. The drive-thru worker then came to the window asking me what's my problem. I told him I didn't want to speak to him, I just needed a manager. Then he said "Are you being rude to me?" I said please close the window and get my money. I have NEVER been treated so RUDELY.
