I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE ON THAT DAY BUT MY ORDER WAS ALL JACKED UP. I DON'T HOW THE PERSON IN THE DRIVE THRU MISTAKE WITH CHEESE FOR NO CHEESE. THEY PUT A BIG HUNK OF LETTUCE ON MY BURGER. IT WAS ALL WRONG. WHEN I GOT HOME I HAD TO PUT MY OWN CHEESE ON MY BURGER AND REHEAT IT AND MY ONION RINGS CAUSE EVERYTHING WAS COLD.

If I could give a lower rating I would.. A TERRIBLE MESS would be the best description for the Matteson location. The staff from the managers on down to the associates are very unprofessional, rude and plain ghetto. Every experience here is the worst on top of them not knowing proper etiquette they don’t know how to properly make burgers and serve hot fries. This is not what I ordered but where is the lettuce and tomato this burger was made very sloppy and tasted as if it had been sitting for awhile. None of the shake machines are ever operating and they are also closed when they are supposed to be open. Who trained these workers??? We come to your establishment to spend our money only to deal with rude workers that don’t want to work and don’t want to serve us fresh food… Someone needs to go into this establishment and retrain them as well as clean house get a whole new staff or just shut down.. because most of them act as though they don’t want to be there anyway including the managers.

I’m a firm believer that it takes a strong manager to make a strong team. It’s sad when the manager is the one being rude & unprofessional. If I could give no stars I would’ve. For the manager to say she has been working there for years & wouldn’t lose her job is just totally unacceptable. No one wants to spend their money & receive poor customer service. If it’s not one thing it’s another at this location but after today I will no longer be a customer at this location

HORRIBLE! I came to order at 4pm and was told they were waiting on workers. Last week I waited 20 mins for someone to answer the drive thru speaker! They didn’t answer until I called and told them I’ve been waiting outside forever. Horrible service! Sloppy bad food! Listen to the reviews on this one for sure. Everyone needs to be fired, just start over with new staff.

I'll never return. I got in the drive thru at 12:10 and waited for 15 minutes to order. I finally got to the window to find out there was only 2 employees working, one of which was an 8 month pregnant woman and the cook who was on break. They also had absolutely no beverages except orange juice and bottled water.

Absolutely horrible!! Cold fries, burgers were not done and were cold. Asked for a Coke, was given a flat Vanilla Coke. Returned the coke and was given an orange which had no flavor. Kept blowing the horn and the two ladies working wouldn't even turn around to see what the problem was. Winded up pulling off with no beverages although we paid for them. Total waste of money.
