Dunkin'

I have come in the evening on two occasions and ask for a medium decaf. I have been given lukewarm coffee. The first time the guy apologized and I said I would heat it up when I got home. Tonight the cup wasn't filled up and when I took the lid off it was all white foam. This was a little after 7p.m. My stomach has not felt right since. If the decaf is low don't sell it. I won't order in the evening anymore ☹️

Went in to pick up an order. 3 employees walked by me without saying hi or even acknowledging I was standing there. After 5 minutes of being ignored they ask the name on my order I tell them and they had half sitting there ready and then tell me they don’t have the other things. The employees today are very rude and that’s not the first time I have experienced that with the same employees.I ended up leaving with nothing and do not plan on going back.

Mobile ordered some coffee with a bacon egg and cheese croissant and hashbrowns. Get handed my coffee, worker tells me to have a nice day. I tell her that I had food items too, and only then does she tell me that they’re out of bacon and hashbrowns. I had to ask her if they could replace it with something. I already paid so I wasn’t just going to drive off. They ended up giving me two egg and cheese croissants to compensate, which was fine. I shouldn’t have had to ask them to do their jobs tho. Also no one was wearing masks.

Great coffee. Terribly ran. If you order coffee like most people you are forced to wait in line for 15 minutes because they refuse to have the people who order their gross food pull forward to let the people with a quick order to move on through. I order on the app to get a quick coffee, and wait in line for 15 minutes due to the one person in line who ordered food. This isn't hard. If you have to prepare the food, have them pull forward! Terrible stale donuts. Terrible powdered egg sandwiches. Terrible franchise. I live on the same street as this DD, 1 minute away. 8 out of the last 10 times I have gone, they have not had what I ordered in stock. They only make pastries once per day extremely early in the morning. You buy anything after 10am, it WILL NOT be fresh. This is a 24 hour establishment, it makes no sense. My last order, I ordered 6 different types of donuts, stuffed bagel bites, and something else. Out of the 8 things I ordered, they had only 2 ...and everything was stale and barely edible. They still charged me the $15+ that I had paid through the app, but I only got maybe 50% of the worth for inedible garbage. This place has been a disappointment nearly every visit.

I would have to say Dunkin Donuts never seems to have enough parking lot for all of its customers but it is a pretty good place to grab donuts and coffee from I know for as many customers as they usually have every morning they should definitely consider making a bigger parking lot at a lot of the stores
