My husband ordered a coffee online through door dash, called the store ahead of time to correct the order. Jennifer still purposely sent the wrong order out. And then refused to fix the order after driving to the store. I will be filing a formal complaint and seeking further action. This woman was rude racist and flat out unprofessional. My husband recorded the altercation when trying to have his order fixed....

Jennifer is a bad human being. Should not be allowed to handle a pencil let alone peoples food. Terrible customer service. I actually want to catch hands with this person. Maybe if she didnt work at a damn donut shop she wouldnt be so large and mean.

Rating solely for cleanliness...one would think since they're open 24 hrs they could take the time to clean the vents in the ceiling. Makes me question what else isn't cleaned on the regular...

I’ve always dealt with the poor customer service and them always being out of everything but this is beyond disgusting. A bug was alive and kickin’ it in my dozen donuts this morning.

Regardless of if I order on Doordash or go through the drive thru, this location never has stock on anything. From 4 coffee rolls to 6 jelly filled donuts, I can't count the amount of times they have to do substitutions. I have tried during different times of the day. It doesn't matter. Even if you preorder on their app and give them ample time to make it you don't get what you want. Whoever keeps inventory at that location should be fired.
Do better Dunkin.

I would give it zero stars if I could. They have never made a drink order correctly. Today they forgot to add the espresso to my americano, I was given a cup full of hot water and a little cream.

Never been in dunkin before stopped in cause my daughter had to use the restroom...bought some pumpkin donut holes and a mug....the cashier was very nice rinsed the mug out for me and put in sweet tea.

Went in late last night and found the manager to be phenomenal. She was helpful and spent time making sure we were satisfied with the service. The frozen hot chocolate Samantha (the manager suggested was amazing. Thank you to you and your staff. Great job!!!!
