served by a very professional and pleasant Assistant Manager Jennifer for my Sunday breakfast this morning (7/2/2023) at the store of 74-25 Grand Avenue, NY 11373. It's great to start a week with Jennifer's smile, and professional service, even in making sure the garbage area is clean and tidy!!!

The place is clean, and there is no homelessness. very well taken care of. The only thing is the service, but it is expected since I see a lot of young faces that really are there for the paycheck. Sometimes, they are me feel like I am bothering them when I ask for a ketchup or when they get my order wrong. Everything else is good

I had a lovely experience here. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were polite. Honestly I’m not sure why the reviews say otherwise. 🤷♀️ There is a BATHROOM in the back btw. Will come back when i’m in the neighborhood

5 stars not for the food. is for the employees that work so hard here and they keep it up. So since there are no many options around in this area to eat, like after 9pm, I entered here and hoping to get something fast to eat, but not I waited a long time to get someone to take my order and another long wait for only 2 sandwiches. I don’t blame the workers, it was only 2 people for taking orders and cook the food. I work in the food industry too, I was surprised how they got slammed with all the order in a little short time, I respect those two employees, overall the food was ok I think they need another person here.

So happy that it opened in my neighborhood. Liked the way it is set. Very different than other burger kings. Very clean and friendly workers.

New place. Nicely decorated!
A vase with real flowers on every table. No big deal, but a nice touch for afast food place. Restrooms are clean and well kept! Too bad it's not 24 hrs, or open late! Good luck and enjoy your meal. Ps: The BK App is a great thing to have when you eat at a BK! Lots of great deals and promotions!! Well worth the free download!! Bon appetit!
